Daily Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following business day.
You will receive a notification email with official tracking carrier details as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment facility.
We offer the following shipping options for orders delivered within the United States:
Orders over $100.00: Free Standard Shipping (Carrier-calculated transit time).
Orders under $100.00: Flat-rate Ground Shipping of $9.99 (Carrier-calculated transit time).
Estimated delivery time: Once your order leaves our shipping facility, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location and proximity to our shipping hub. Real-time shipping speeds are calculated dynamically based on your delivery address.
If your tracking status shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@golfgriphub.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier.
