1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders delivered within the United States:
- Orders over $100.00: Free Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $100.00: Flat-rate Ground Shipping of $9.99.
Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 3 to 5 business days once your order has left our shipping facility.
3. International Shipping Rates & Estimates (Outside USA)
We ship worldwide to select international destinations. Please note that free shipping thresholds do not apply to international orders:
- All International Orders: Flat-rate Worldwide Shipping of $59.99.
Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance speeds.
4. Duties, Customs, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or government-imposed charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not collected or covered by Golf Grip Hub and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
5. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking status shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@golfgriphub.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier.
