Refund and Returns Policy

At Golf Grip Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 60-day return policy for eligible items.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in new condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Customized, installed, or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Return Shipping Costs

There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.

You may:

  • Use your own shipping carrier, or
  • Request a return label from us (the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund).

If returned items are received in used, damaged, or non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used golf grips
  • Custom-built or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Start a Return

  2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back securely in its original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund.
